KCKCC ENROLLMENT

Prior to the start of the semester, students taking dual-enrollment courses through KCKCC for college credit must follow these steps to enroll.

  1. Apply for Admission at this website:   https://www.kckcc.edu/admissions/index.html

  2. Meet specific GPA, academic criteria which vary depending on the class you are enrolling in.  

  3. Take the Accuplacer test if required.  Information regarding taking the Accuplacer Placement test at KCKCC can be found at this website:   https://www.kckcc.edu/student-resources/student-success-center/placement-testing.htm

  4. Complete enrollment paperwork and submit it to Mrs. Terrell (terrelll@usd204.net) Find Course Codes here

  5. Log in to Blackboard to make sure you can access your coursework (using your Webadvisor log in information)

  6. Having problems logging in to Webadvisor or Blackboard? Call the KCKCC Help Desk at (913)-288-7479​

  7. Check your KCKCC student email

  8. KCKCC/MNU classes that are on site will be paid for by USD 204.  If the student withdrawals or fails the class, they will be responsible for reimbursing the district for the cost of the class.

You can drop a course three weeks from the first day of class. Please submit the form to Mrs. Terrell, Mrs. Snyder, or your counselor.

Fall withdrawal date (shows on transcript): December 1st & Spring withdrawal date (shows on transcript): May 1st
